1. What is Neutron Lend?

Neutron Lend is a Bitcoin-backed lending service that lets you borrow USDt (Tether) without selling your Bitcoin. Your BTC is used as collateral and secured through a non-custodial, 3-key multi-signature (multi-sig) wallet.

2. Do I keep control of my Bitcoin?

Yes. Your Bitcoin is stored in a multi-sig wallet with three keys:

• 🔑 One key is generated (on your device) and held by you

• 🔑 One key is held by Neutron

• 🔑 One key is held by a neutral third-party custodian, used only in case of disputes

No single party can move your Bitcoin without agreement from at least two of the three.

3. How much can I borrow?

You can borrow between $3,000 and $5,000,000 USDt, depending on how much BTC you collateralize and the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio.

4. What are the interest rates?

Neutron Lend offers introductory interest rates between 6–12% APR.

Your exact rate depends on the loan amount.

All terms are shown clearly before you confirm your loan.

5. What loan terms are available?

Loan durations

Loan durations is 12 months.

Flexible payment during the term

You can make payments at any time within the loan term, as long as the loan is paid in full (including interest and principal) before the term expires.

LTV considerations

If the price of the collateral falls and approaches the agreed Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio limit, you may need to make a payment or top up your collateral to avoid liquidation of your position.

6. Do you rehypothecate my collateral?

No. Your Bitcoin collateral is never reused, loaned out, or rehypothecated. It stays locked in a secured multi-sig wallet until you repay the loan.

7. Is Neutron Lend available in my country?

Neutron Lend is not available in Belarus, Central African Republic, China, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Democratic Republic of Congo, Guatemala, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine, United States, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. 8. Do you require a credit check?

No credit checks are required. Your BTC acts as full collateral. We don’t ask for income verification or personal financial data.

9. Who provides the liquidity?

Neutron works with a network of trusted liquidity providers, including institutional and private partners who supply the USDt loans. These providers do not have access to your Bitcoin.

3. Deposit BTC into a secure multi-sig wallet

4. Receive your USDt loan

5. Repay the loan (interest plus principal) any time within the loan term before it expires

6. Once repaid, your BTC is released back to you
