1. What information is required to create an account?

Neutron requires only a valid email address to get started.

No identity documents or credit checks are required to use Neutron Lend.

2. How do I access my account?

You can access your account through the lending dashboard https://lend.neutron.me/. Login typically uses email authentication or one-time login codes.

Note: If you already have a Neutronpay account, you can use the same login credentials to access Neutron Lend — no need to register again.

3. Can I reset my password or change my login email?

Yes. You can reset your password or update your login credentials from your account settings. If you need assistance, contact our support team at [email protected].

4. How is my account secured?

  • All login sessions are encrypted

  • Sensitive actions may require two-factor authentication (2FA) or email confirmation

  • Your private key is securely generated on your device and either stored locally on your device or encrypted with your password. Neutron never sees this key. We’ll guide you during setup on how to back up and protect your key securely.

5. What happens if I lose access to my device or browser key?

Since your loan key is generated in your browser, it's important to back it up securely. If you lose it and haven’t backed it up, Neutron cannot recover it, and you may lose access to your collateral. We strongly recommend saving your key in a secure, offline location.

6. Can I delete or deactivate my account?

Yes. You can request to close or delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Please ensure all loans are fully repaid before making this request.

7. Is my account linked to my identity?

No. Neutron Lend is designed to be privacy-first. We do not require identity verification unless legally mandated in your country. All loans are fully collateralized in BTC, with no personal financial history or credit data required.
