Deposit
Canadian users can deposit money into Neutronpay from their linked bank account, while Vietnamese users can do so from any bank via transfer.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: - Cash deposits are ONLY available for users residing in Vietnam and Canada. - This feature is available 24/7 and is processed almost instantly. - Please link your bank account first so that you can make any deposit.
At the local currency wallet, click on the [Bank] button
Choose [Deposit]
Enter the amount you want to deposit into Neutronpay
Note: for Vietnamese users, the minimum amount required to deposit is 250,000 VND. If you input less than 250,000 VND, the system won't proceed when you click [Next].
Option 1: 1. Save the QR code 2. Deposit by scanning the saved QR
DepositOption 2: 1. Click on [Details] to see bank transfer details 2. Deposit by inputting details manually 3. Remember to input the "Description code" provided by Neutronpay into the description section
*NOTE: It's crucial to enter the correct code when transferring to ensure the deposit is confirmed. Skipping this step may result in your funds not being credited correctly.
**NOTE: Deposits should be instantly processed and reflected in your Neutronpay. If your deposit is pending, please contact our Support team via [email protected] for further assistance.

Review and click [Confirm]
