Register Neutron Wallet Account

1. How do I register a Neutron Wallet account?

You can create a Neutron Wallet account at any time.

Creating an account helps you secure your wallet and funds and allows you to log in again later.

Step 1: Start account creation

From the app:

1. Open the menu and choose "Get started"

   
2. Open the Wallet side-menu, and choose Settings

   

Select Create an account

Step 2: Enter your email and password

On the Create Account screen:

1. Enter your email address

2. Create a password

3. Confirm your password

4. Tap Create an account

Step 3: Verify your email address

After submitting your details:

• A 6-digit verification code is sent to your email

Steps:

1. Check your inbox (and Spam / Junk folder)

2. Enter the verification code in the app

3. Tap Verify

Step 4: Account successfully created

Once the code is verified:

• Your account is created

• Your wallet is successfully upgraded

• Your existing funds remain unchanged

What happens to my wallet and funds after creating an account?

• Your current wallet is saved

• All existing funds remain in the wallet

• You can safely log out and log back in using your account

• The wallet will no longer be temporary

No funds are lost during this process.

2. I didn’t receive the verification email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received the verification code:

• Check your Spam / Junk folder

• Make sure your email address was entered correctly

• Tap Resend to request a new code

• You can tap Go Back to use a different email address

Note: The email verification code (OTP) is valid for 5 minutes.

3. What are the password requirements?

Your password must meet all of the following criteria:

• At least 8 characters long

• Contains at least 1 uppercase letter

• Contains at least 1 number

• Contains at least 1 special character (such as ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + { } [ ] | \ : ; < > / ?)

If your password doesn’t meet these requirements, the app will prompt you to update it.

4. What should I do if I forget my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? and follow these steps:

1. Enter your registered email address

2. Enter the verification code sent to your email (valid 5 minutes)

3. Set a new password

5. Can I use the same email address for multiple accounts?

No. Each email address can only be used for one Neutron Wallet account.

6. Why do I need to verify my email address?

Email verification helps to:

• Protect your account

• Prevent unauthorized access

• Enable secure password recovery
