Can I link multiple bank accounts?

No — you can only link one bank account or mobile money account (where available) to your Neutronpay wallet at a time. The linked account must be registered under your name and will be used for all deposits and withdrawals.

Good news: You can change your linked account anytime.

How to Change Your Linked Bank Account

To change your linked bank account, follow these steps:

• Go to your profile and select Payment method

• Select the linked account and click Remove

• Click Add new payment method

• Enter the new bank account information and link it.
