Receive in USDT wallet

You can receive USDT into your Neutron Wallet by sharing your wallet address or QR code. Please make sure the sender selects the correct network before transferring funds.

How to Receive USDT

Step 1: Open Your USDT Wallet

From the Wallet screen, tap USDT → Select Receive.

You will see your Request Details screen displaying:

• Your QR code

• Your wallet address

• Network selection option

Step 2: Select the Network

Tap Select Network and choose one of the supported networks:

• ERC-20 (Ethereum)

• TRC-20 (Tron)

Make sure the sender uses the same network you selected.

How to Identify Each Network

ERC-20 (Ethereum)

• Address starts with: 0x

• Example format: 0x419e996366dcafb3d84002d885b15062861107a

• 42 characters including “0x”

Used on the Ethereum network.

TRC-20 (Tron)

• Address starts with: T

• Example format: TT3jM352Z4HQRjFvGxaJXW8G5WmGNaZrXb

• Usually 34 characters long

Used on the Tron network.

⚠️ Important: The sender must transfer USDT using the same network as selected in your wallet.

If USDT is sent via:

• The wrong network

• An unsupported network

• Or to an incompatible address

The funds may be permanently lost.

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

Step 3: Share Your Address

You can:

• Let the sender scan your QR code

• Tap the copy icon to copy your address

• Tap share to send the address via message

Always double-check that:

• The network selected matches the sender’s network

• The address format matches the chosen network

Important Notes

• Neutron Wallet only supports receiving USDT on ERC-20 and TRC-20.

• We do not support BEP20 or other USDT networks.

• Always confirm network compatibility before funds are sent.
