2FA Setup

Using two-factor authentication (2FA) on the Neutronpay is a great way to secure your account. 2FA is an extra layer of security that requires you to provide two pieces of information to access your account.

Neutronpay allows you to easily enable 2FA. It is located in the settings area, top left of the app. To enable 2FA, you will need to use an authenticator app (our recommended app is Google Authenticator).

Once you have enabled 2FA, you will be required to enter a code (6-digit) from the authenticator app each time you log into your account. This code is unique and changes periodically, providing an extra layer of security.

• Choose "2FA Settings" from the settings menu

• Enable Authenticator App or Email

Authenticator App option:

• Obtain the QR code and key required for setup in the authenticator app

• Open the authenticator app (Google Authenticator recommended) and select "Create new"

• You can scan the QR code or enter the key manually

• Enter the 6-digit code from the authenticator app to confirm

Email option:

• Enter your email for 2FA or use the one registered with your account

• Enter 6 digit code sent to your email to complete your registration
