Scan Bank QR Code to Pay in Vietnam
What is this feature?
This feature allows Neutronpay users to scan QR codes used in Vietnam for bank transfers (commonly known as VietQR) and send funds directly to a Vietnamese bank account. It can be used to pay individuals, businesses, or merchants — as long as the QR code is generated using the VietQR standard.
Neutronpay converts your BTC payment through the Lightning Network so that the recipient receives funds in their local bank account.
How to use it
Open the Neutronpay app.
On the home screen, switch to your BTC wallet (not fiat).
Tap the Scan button.
Point your camera at the QR code shown by the recipient.
The app will extract the bank and account information.
Enter the amount (for static QR) or confirm it (for dynamic QR).
Review the details and confirm the payment.
Note: This feature only works when using the BTC wallet. Fiat wallets are not supported.
