Send Cash

Send Cash allows you to convert Bitcoin into local currency and send it directly to a bank account or mobile account

1. How do I send money to a bank?

Step 1: Open your Bitcoin wallet

Step 2: Tap Send

Step 3: Select Send Cash (Send to bank or mobile)

2. Select the destination country

On the Send Cash screen:

• Search for or select the recipient’s country

• Only supported countries will be displayed

3. Enter bank details

On the Request Details screen, provide:

• Institution (Bank name)

• Type (Individual or Business)

• Account Number

• Recipient Full Name

• Recipient Address

  

Important:

• Ensure all bank details are correct.

• Incorrect information may cause delays or failed transactions.

4. Provide Source of Funds information

For compliance and regulatory requirements, you must select:

• Purpose (Reason for the transaction)

• Source (Where the funds come from)

• Relationship (Your relationship with the recipient)

  

Example:

• Purpose: Savings

• Source: Savings

• Relationship: Self

This information helps ensure transactions comply with financial regulations.

5. Enter the amount

On the Amount Input screen, you will see:

• Send: Amount in SATS

• Receive: Amount in local currency

• Rate: Current BTC exchange rate

The system automatically converts Bitcoin based on the live exchange rate.

Important:

• Exchange rates may fluctuate.

• Review the final receive amount before proceeding.

6. Confirm and complete

After confirmation:

• Bitcoin will be converted to local currency

• Funds will be transferred to the recipient’s bank

Processing time may vary depending on the country and local banking system.
