Create Your Username

Your username is a unique identifier on Neutron Wallet. It may be used for displaying your profile and for certain wallet-related features.

How is my username created?

• When a new Neutron Wallet account is created, the system will automatically assign a default username to your account.

• This default username is generated by the system and can be used immediately without any action from you.

✏️ Can I change my username?

Yes, you can change your username — but only once.

Each Neutron Wallet account is allowed to update the username a single time. After the change is confirmed, the username cannot be modified again.

✅ How to change your username

Step 1: Open Profile

1. Open the Neutron Wallet app

2. Tap Settings

   
3. Select Profile

Step 2: Go to Username

• In the Profile screen, tap Username

Step 3: Enter your new username

• On the Change Username screen:

  • Enter your desired username

  • Review it carefully before proceeding

📌 Make sure the username is correct, as this is a one-time change.

Step 4: Confirm

• Tap Confirm to save your new username

• Once confirmed, the change is permanent

⚠️ Important notes

• Each account can change its username only once

• Usernames cannot be reset or changed again after confirmation

• Neutron support cannot modify usernames on behalf of user
