Register Neutron Wallet Account

1. How do I register a Neutron Wallet account?

To create a new Neutron Wallet account, follow these steps:

1. Open the Neutron Wallet app

   
2. On the login screen, tap Register

   
3. Enter your email address

4. Check I accept the Terms of Service

5. Tap Sign Up

6. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email

   
7. Set your new password

   
8. Log in and start using your wallet

   

2. I didn’t receive the verification email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received the verification code:

• Check your Spam / Junk folder

• Make sure your email address was entered correctly

• Tap Resend to request a new code

• You can tap Go Back to use a different email address

Note: The verification code is time-limited.

3. How long is the verification code valid?

The verification code is valid for approximately 5 minutes. If it expires, tap Resend to receive a new code.

4. What are the password requirements?

Your password must meet all of the following criteria:

• At least 8 characters long

• Contains at least 1 uppercase letter

• Contains at least 1 number

• Contains at least 1 special character (such as ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + { } [ ] | \ : ; < > / ?)

If your password doesn’t meet these requirements, the app will prompt you to update it.

5. What does the message “You have not set a password yet” mean?

This message appears when:

• Your account has been created using an email address

• But the password setup has not been completed

Tap OK to continue setting your password and secure your account.

6. Can I log in immediately after registering?

Yes. Once registration and password setup are complete, you can log in using your email and password and access your wallet.

7. Can I use Neutron Wallet right after registration?

Yes. After successful registration, you can:

• Access your wallet

• Receive Bitcoin (sats)

• Send Bitcoin

• View your transaction history

Some advanced features may require identity verification (KYC).

8. What should I do if I forget my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? and follow these steps:

1. Enter your registered email address

2. Enter the verification code sent to your email

3. Set a new password

9. Can I use the same email address for multiple accounts?

No. Each email address can only be used for one Neutron Wallet account.

10. Why do I need to verify my email address?

Email verification helps to:

• Protect your account

• Prevent unauthorized access

• Enable secure password recovery
