Verify Your Identity (KYC)

KYC is a step that helps Neutron Wallet protect user assets and unlock all features.

1. Open Neutron Wallet From the home screen, tap the menu icon and go to Settings. In the Settings screen, select Identity Verification to begin the KYC process.

• Click "Begin verifying"

• Choose your country

• Prepare your documents Before starting, make sure you have a valid legal document ready, such as:

  • National ID card

  • Passport

  • Other government-issued identification

  Ensure you are in a well-lit environment, with no glare or shadows, so your document can be scanned clearly.

• Face authentication

In the final step, you will be asked to complete face authentication to confirm your identity.

• Position your face in the center of the camera frame.

• Follow the on-screen instructions and slowly turn your head left and right so the system can capture both sides of your face.

• Make sure you are in a well-lit environment and remove hats, masks, or glasses if required.

Tap Get started to begin the face scan. If you prefer to continue the verification on another device, select Continue on another device.

Once completed, your identity verification will be submitted for review.
